Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Pelvari. Each Pelvari jacket is crafted with care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Returns Eligibility

  • Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 20 days from the date of purchase.

  • Orders typically take 8–9 days to be delivered after order confirmation, giving customers approximately 11–12 days after delivery to inspect the product and submit a request.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and labels intact.

Returns requested outside this timeframe will not be accepted.


Important Notes on Sizing Issues

Because our jackets are made to order, accurate sizing confirmation is essential.

  • After placing an order, you will receive a size confirmation email from our team containing detailed measurements (chest, waist, shoulders, length).

  • To qualify for a 100% refund for size-related issues, you must confirm or respond to this email within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • If you do not see this email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Refund & Exchange Conditions for Sizing:

  • If the jacket does not match the confirmed measurements, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • If the jacket matches the confirmed measurements but still feels uncomfortable, you may choose:

    • An exchange, or

    • A 70% refund


Delayed, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • If your order is not delivered within 30 days, or

  • If your jacket arrives damaged or defective

You will be eligible for a 100% refund, provided the return process outlined below is followed.


Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@pelvari.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear images of the jacket showing the issue

Image Requirements:

  • Sizing issues: Images of the jacket being worn, clearly showing the fit concern

  • Defects or damage: Close-up images highlighting the issue

Once reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps.


Return Authorization & Shipping

  • An RMA (Return Authorization Number) will be issued only after:

    • Required images are approved

    • The jacket is repackaged exactly as received

  • The return address will be shared by our support team once the RMA is issued.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

Important:

  • After submitting a refund request, you must ship the jacket within 1–2 days

  • You must provide:

    • Tracking number

    • Courier name

Failure to provide tracking details within this timeframe will make the refund ineligible.


Exchanges

  • Exchange requests require images and a written explanation of the issue.

  • Sizing exchanges:

    • You must specify the required adjustments

    • A new jacket will be tailored based on the updated measurements

  • Defective items:

    • A replacement jacket will be produced once the issue is verified

Exchange Limitations:

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

  • The original jacket must be returned before the replacement is shipped

  • Once the replacement is shipped, no further refunds or exchanges will be accepted


Custom Size & Customized Orders

All custom or personalized jackets are made specifically for you and cannot be returned for a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied, you may choose one of the following:

  • Option 1: Receive 70% of the order value as a refund

  • Option 2: Exchange for another jacket of equal value by paying only the shipping charges


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order:

    • A $10 platform fee will be deducted

  • After 24 hours:

    • 25% deduction,

    • 75% refunded

This is due to the made-to-order nature of our products.


Refunds for Correctly Shipped Orders

If an order is placed incorrectly by the customer and the correct product is shipped:

  • You will be eligible for a 75% refund

  • The remaining 25% covers production and shipping costs

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before placing an order.
