We do not hold ready-made inventory. Each piece is made exclusively to order, with tailoring initiated only after final confirmation. Standard production time is approximately 4 to 5 business days.
Please note: Designs featuring embroidery or intricate detailing may require additional craftsmanship time. Any extended production period will be added to the standard tailoring timeline.
Under normal circumstances, we strive to complete production within 5 business days from the date of order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Pelvari does not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Returns
All return requests must be initiated within 20 days of the purchase date. As orders are typically delivered within 8 to 9 days after being placed, customers are provided approximately 11 to 12 days from delivery to inspect the item and request a return for either an exchange or a refund. Size-Related Concerns
Each Pelvari jacket is made to order and tailored specifically to the measurements confirmed by you.
- A full refund (100%) is available only if you have responded to our size confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving it. This email, sent shortly after your order is placed, includes precise measurement details such as chest, waist, shoulders, and jacket length.
Please ensure you review and reply to this email promptly. If you do not see it in your inbox, kindly check your spam or promotions folder. - If the jacket delivered does not match the measurements confirmed in the size confirmation email, you will be eligible for a 100% refund.
- If the jacket matches the confirmed measurements but you still experience a fit concern, we are happy to offer either:
> a one-time exchange, or
> a 70% refund, in accordance with our made-to-order policy.
Because each jacket is crafted exclusively for you, accurate size confirmation is essential to achieving the perfect fit.
Delayed, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your order is not delivered within 30 days, or arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you will be eligible for a 100% refund, provided the return and refund process outlined below is followed.
